We collect only what we need to respond to you and look after your stay:

• Identity & contact — name, email, phone number, and where relevant a billing address.
• Identity documents — the passport or NRIC/FIN details we are required to record when you check in.
• Booking details — property, dates, room type, guest count, and any preferences or requests.
• Payment — handled by our secure payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage — pages viewed, device and browser, IP address, whether our emails are opened, and cookie and advertising-measurement identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
• Calls — calls to our phone lines may be recorded, so we can follow up on your enquiry and improve our service.

We process your personal data to:

1. Respond to your enquiry and manage your booking and stay.
2. Provide guest support and answer your questions.
3. Take payment and help prevent fraud.
4. Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
5. Send service messages, and — only with your consent — newsletters and offers.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run our service, under arrangements that require them to protect it:

• Trusted service providers, including automated and AI tools, who help us handle enquiries, bookings and stays — for example our email, payment, and analytics providers. They act only on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes, including training their AI models.
