There are two simple ways to book. For a short stay at ISA Hotel or ISA @ Raeburn Park, book online in minutes. For weekly or monthly stays at Hotel or Raeburn — or one of our residences (minimum three months) — enquire instead, so we can apply our discounted long-stay rates.

Requesting a booking
For a weekly or monthly stay at Hotel or Raeburn — or a residence (minimum three months) — here is the path from first enquiry to a confirmed booking, with our best rate applied.

Request a booking
Tell us your preferred apartment and dates through our enquiry form, and we'll check availability and prepare a quotation for you.

Receive your proposal
We prepare a quotation based on your requirements, and can arrange a viewing of the apartment. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll send over the Service Agreement and invoice.

Confirm your stay
Your booking is confirmed once we've received the signed Service Agreement and your payment. We accept cash, PayNow, bank transfer and major cards — full payment terms are set out in the Accommodation Terms.
