For over three decades we have turned addresses across Singapore into furnished homes — for the night, the season, or the long arc of a posting abroad.
Since 1992, a home base for those passing through Singapore.
International Service Apartments was founded in 1992 to give visitors to Singapore a genuine home away from home — furnished apartments inside established private condominiums, looked after by people who treat guests as long-term neighbours.
Today our residences span central and western Singapore — neighbourhoods such as Newton, Novena, Queenstown and Clementi — in one- to four-bedroom layouts. Every home is furnished and equipped, pet-friendly, and serviced with weekly housekeeping, close to MRT lines and the everyday conveniences that make a stay feel settled.
In 2006 we extended the same idea abroad with studio serviced apartments in Shanghai. In 2019 we opened ISA @ Raeburn Park — studio serviced apartments minutes from Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown and Singapore General Hospital. And in 2023 we opened our first hotel apartments on Amber Road in Katong, where the interiors nod to the neighbourhood's Peranakan heritage.
Our newest address is ISA X, in Tanjong Pagar. Thirteen brand-new serviced apartments on a single storey inside the CBD, in two, three and four bedrooms — room for a family, or for colleagues who want their own bedrooms and a kitchen and living room to share. Each apartment has a full kitchen and its own washing machine, so a longer stay works the way home does, and Shenton Way, Marina Bay and five MRT stations are all within the surrounding district. It is what we set out to do in 1992 — a real home rather than a room — now in the middle of the city.
