Yes, we're pet-friendly! We warmly welcome both cats and dogs, from small to big size breeds, at ISA X, ISA Residences and the ISA Hotel & Apartment Hotel.

For our Residences, the pet fee is $100 + 9% GST per month, per pet. At the ISA Hotel & Apartment Hotel, your first pet stays free as long as you book directly with ISA (this doesn't apply to bookings made through a third-party site). If you have more than one pet, a one-time pet fee applies per pet — S$50 + 9% GST for stays of 5 nights or less, and S$100 + 9% GST for 6 nights or more. ISA X has its own pet fee: S$140 per pet for the first night, plus S$20 per pet for each additional night, and 9% GST is added to both.

We allow pets of all sizes, from small to large breeds. We just ask that they're well-trained and manageable within the apartment.

At most of our properties we generally allow up to 2 pets per unit. ISA X does not set a limit. If you'd like to bring more, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

For your pet's comfort and to avoid disturbing neighbours, we kindly ask that pets aren't left unattended for long periods.

Yes! Our locations offer convenient access to nearby parks and open areas — perfect for dog walks and playtime.

A few simple ones: keep pets on a leash in common areas, clean up after them, and make sure they don't cause excessive noise or damage. Just let us know about your pet when you book so we can prepare the home.
