Since 1992, International Service Apartments Pte Ltd has been providing quality corporate service & residential apartments in Singapore.

After years of business development, E. Millennium Investments Pte Ltd has been established to meet the increasing demand for apartment rentals in Singapore.

​

Our residential apartments are located in various parts of Singapore such as Buona Vista, Clementi, Haw Par Villa, Novena, Queenstown. Different room types are available ranging from 1 to 4-bedroom apartments. These condo apartments are conveniently located near transportation hubs and shopping malls. Furthermore, each apartment is furnished, equipped and pet-friendly. Weekly housekeeping is provided as well. Ideal for long and short term visitors, such as expatriates, international students, business and leisure travellers.

In 2006, our group moved on to Shanghai, China. Fontainebleau Hotel Management Pte Ltd has therefore been set up. With our experience in running over 100 units of residential apartments in Singapore, we believe our studio service apartments located at Zhong Shan Park will be one of the best in the international metropolis – Shanghai.

​In 2019, ISA launched the International Service Apartments @ Raeburn Park in Singapore, located at 10 Raeburn Park. The studio service apartments are just a few minutes' drive from Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown, and within walking distance of Singapore General Hospital. Each apartment features en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes for light cooking. The studio service apartments are ideal for short and long term business and leisure travellers.

​In 2023, ISA launched its first hotel apartments in Singapore. Located at Amber Road, the ISA Hotel is a unique and stylish hotel that offers serene accommodation away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The interior design of the apartments pays homage to Katong’s rich Peranakan heritage with earthy tones and iconic geometric shapes that add to the charm of this neighbourhood in eastern Singapore.​ Each hotel apartment comes with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (except for Bilik) and workstation.
